The call for applications opens on September 28, 2026 and ends before than November 8, 2026.
All abstracts will be reviewed.
Reviewed and selected abstracts will be published by National Research University "Moscow Power Engineering Institute" in the conference proceedings available for registered participants
Particular emphasis should be given to:
Analysis of problem relevance;
Novelty/originality of the presented research results;
Author's personal contribution;
Prospects of obtained result application.
Participation requirements
To participate in the conference, it is necessary register and to send Abstract of paper.
Abstracts should be presented in A5 format. The size should not exceed 1 page of A5 format, including the author's names, title, text, figures, tables and references.
An oral presentation at the conference is a mandatory requirement for receiving a conference participant certificate.
Each presentation is allotted 6–7 minutes, followed by 2–3 minutes for questions.
Requirements to the abstracts submission
Abstract to be submitted in file named AuthorsSurname.doc (or AuthorsSurname.rtf) – for example, Ivanov.doc. (Microsoft Office files AuthorsSurname.docx are also acceptable).
Abstracts submitted in time and formatted in accordance
with the requirements will be directed for review. The review results will be
sent to registered authors via e-mail before November 29, 2026.
Invitation letters to accepted participants to be sent after
January 15, 2027.
Registration Fee
The registration fee is 1000 rubles.
The fee is paid per one abstract, irrespective of the number of co-authors.
Payment of the registration fee is made only after receiving the status “Accepted for publication” and upon providing an export control expert evaluation (export control clearance).
